He has a proven ability to manage multi-faceted businesses across the entire value chain, including strategy and consulting, analytics, creative, communications, and fulfillment. He is passionate about running a customer-centric business focused on solving clients’ business challenges.
Before joining hawkeye, Andy was President of Carlson Marketing’s US Loyalty Business for five years, and he has held senior management positions with Euro RSCG, Brann Worldwide and CACI. He has worked in the US and internationally, managing domestic and global accounts.

Vaughn is responsible for the vision and implementation of hawkeye’s go to market solutions. With over 15 years’ experience delivering global channel solutions in different capacities – product management, direct marketing, client services and marketing research – Vaughn is able to analyze the marketplace, deliver channel solutions from vision to completion and create the strategies to get solutions noticed and sold. In the past 3 years, Vaughn has spearheaded the effort to transform hawkeye channel from a custom solution shop into a market leading SaaS solutions and services organization. In this capacity, Vaughn created and led the Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations and Engineering teams with the primary goal of evolving hawkeye into a new organization.
Previous to leading hawkeye’s channelConduit transformation, Vaughn was the Managing Director for hawkeye Europe where he successfully multiplied revenue 2.5 times during his tenure and founded hawkeye’s office in Lodz, Poland. Vaughn excels in needs analysis, agile software development, business process automation, solution architecture and product portfolio management. He has led teams on global programs for a number of clients including Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Cisco, BEA Web Logic, CA, Iomega, and Juniper. Vaughn holds a BA degree in Marketing from the University of Washington and is a regular Foster School of Business speaker.
Claudio Ayub

Claudio brings over 20 years of global channel marketing experience to hawkeye. He is a channel marketing expert with broad knowledge in strategy development, market management and channel sales planning who has developed and executed major go-to-market programs for a variety of vendors, including AMD, BlackBerry, Cisco, EMC, IBM, Microsoft, Motorola, Symantec and VMware, among others.
Claudio is a management strategist with cross-functional expertise in business, finance, sales and marketing, strategic planning, and customer relationship management; an area he has excelled at by executing complex CRM implementations, customizations and business process re-engineering for CRM applications. He keeps current with changes in technology and is passionate about the business implications of new technology. Claudio is an avid social media user and early adopter of social CRM.
Prior to joining hawkeye, Claudio led the channel practice at Grass Roots for six years, and as Executive VP of Sales & Marketing, was responsible for leading strategic channel initiatives and personally managing the relationship with F100 clients. Before this time, he held executive management positions with BitTime, Teleflex and AMF. Claudio holds a BS on International Business Administration from Universidad Catolica de Chile and is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Michael is an accomplished, seasoned leader with in-depth experience in contemporary system architecture and application design. His experience bridges the gap between technical resource management and product development. His focus places emphasis on critical, strategic solutions and cost-effective management of resources.
Michael has over 20 years of experience with technical organizations, concentrating most recently in storage management, communications, messaging and wireless applications. He is a thought leader in applications, software design and social engineering.
His most recent experience was as VP of Development for AttachStor, a software startup engaged in developing revolutionary efficiencies for attachment management for Microsoft Exchange. Prior to that, he was the Director of Program Management at Captaris (Nasdaq:CAPA), a leading enterprise fax and unified messaging company.

Dave is responsible for managing hawkeye’s channelCRM technology solutions. Blending 20 years of progressive experience in channel marketing, information technology, systems design and operations, Dave is able to distill these disciplines into a cohesive vision that enables him to design and deliver best-in-class partner relationship management (PRM) solutions within our clients’ CRM environments.
From 2007-2010, Dave opened and managed hawkeye’s Singapore office in support of clients and operations in the Asia/Pacific region. From 2000-2006, Dave filled a variety of executive management functions including management of hawkeye’s technology team, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Solutions Architect. Dave is responsible for the design and development of many of the core services provided by hawkeye’s Channel Practice today.
In 1996 he co-founded Cohesion, a leading channel marketing agency, and as Executive Vice President of technology, guided the development of its web-driven channel marketing solutions. Previous experience includes VP Operations and CIO of LaserDirect, a database-marketing agency, and marketing systems analyst in Weyerhaeuser’s Diversified Business Division. Dave holds BS degrees in Computer Science/Business and Economics from the University of Puget Sound.

Ian is a data-driven marketer with over 17 years’ experience working in direct, channel and loyalty marketing. Since 2000, Ian’s focus has been the high-tech channel where he has developed data-led strategies and programs to optimize his client’s channel business, improve the relationship with current partners and increase sales through the channel. His clients have included 3Com, Adobe, Cisco, Fujitsu, Iomega, Kaspersky Lab, Seagate Technology, Skype, Symantec, Trend Micro and Veritas.
Since joining hawkeye in 2006, Ian has worked in a number of positions, most recently as Managing Director of hawkeye UK. In his position as Channel Development Direct for EMEA, Ian will lead new client engagements developing and deploying compelling strategies, programs and tactics that will deliver results.
Prior to joining hawkeye, Ian was the UK GM for a leading global loyalty marketing agency working with hotel groups, airlines and IT companies on loyalty and CRM strategy and programs.

Adept at client-side marketing strategy and operations, Karen has worked on the agency side in her role at hawkeye since 1996, serving as VP Client Services and Global Account Director for her multi-national, high-tech clients.
